For the first time, Lie Down & Listen will be sharing it’s experience in the historic surroundings of Lulworth castle, with ‘Resonance of the heart’

You’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation by singer and sound healer Catarina Carvalho with soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and her angelic voice sharing ancient songs.

As you lie on soft mattresses, you’ll feel the vibrations of guitar music played by the exceptionally talented Maryna Vosmirova, graduate of the Royal Academy of Music playing music by Erik Satie, Bach and music inspired by Under Milk Wood.
